- Condition: The watch must be returned in its original condition—unworn, unused, and with all protective films, tags, packaging, and manuals intact.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:
- Custom or Personalized Watches: Watches that have been engraved, customized, or personalized in any way cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased from highendcosmeticsurgery.com are non-refundable.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Return Process
If your item meets the return criteria, please follow these steps to initiate the return:

- Pack and Ship: Safely pack the watch and ship it using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned watch, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or repair, depending on the circumstances. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product following the process outlined above, and place a new order for the desired product.
